School Council News
School Council (PAC) – Welcome back students and families! We all hope you enjoyed a wonderful summer holiday! As in previous years we will be running the snack program and hot lunch program! In order for these program to run we require parent volunteers. Information will be sent home with students outlining the snack program and ways you can volunteer, there will also be information and a sign up sheet on the door of the school kitchen. The hot lunch program is not a fundraising initiative but rather an option extended to students and parents as an alternative to packed lunches and is offered various times a month throughout the year. Our first hot lunch will be held the first week of October and order forms will be sent home with students along with volunteering options. Please watch for the DHL fundraising packages being sent home with students in the next week or two.
The PAC holds a meeting the first (non-holiday) Monday of each month. We welcome and appreciate parent attendance and input. Our next meeting will be on Monday, October 2, 2017 at 7:00pm in the school library. are looking forward to a fun year ahead!
